Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping method is affordable and typically takes 5-7 business days for delivery within the United States. Delivery times may vary depending on the location and the volume of orders.

Expedited Shipping: For faster delivery, we offer expedited shipping that ensures delivery within 2-3 business days after the order has been processed. Expedited shipping fees are higher than standard shipping and will be calculated during checkout.

International Shipping: We also offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times vary by destination, but international shipments generally take 7-21 business days depending on the country. Please note that customers may be responsible for customs duties and taxes in their respective countries.
Note: All shipping options are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to adjust shipping methods or times if necessary.
2. Shipping Costs
The shipping cost is determined by the weight and size of your order, as well as the shipping destination. Shipping costs will be calculated during the checkout process, and you will be able to review the total cost before confirming your order.
For domestic shipments, standard shipping is often free for orders over a certain amount. Please check for current promotional offers or discounts.
International Shipping: International shipping costs will be provided at checkout, and all international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with their order.
3. Order Processing Time
All orders placed on TokenTreks are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that processing times do not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed after business hours or on weekends may be processed the following business day.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation with the shipping details and tracking information.
4. Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and the destination of your order. The following are estimated delivery times for different shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping (Domestic): 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (Domestic): 2-3 business days
- International Shipping: 7-21 business days (varies by destination)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside of our control, such as weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment through the carrier’s website. If you have any questions or concerns about the delivery of your order, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
6. Shipping Restrictions
Currently, TokenTreks ships to addresses within the United States and select international locations. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
If your order is being shipped internationally, please be aware that customs regulations and fees vary by country. TokenTreks is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or delays in international shipments.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order is damaged during shipping or is lost in transit, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your shipment. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
8. Return Shipping Costs
